The service was great, the main hotel area was very clean and the stay for the night was very quiet, which is great, especially for a Saturday night

Staff are all really nice, professional. Close (easy walk) proximity to restaurants- Moxie’s, Earl’s, Denny’s. King 1 bedroom suite was a pleasure (apart from the following comment about the tiny toilet and awful soap/shampoo etc.)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had originally booked did not have air conditioning so they gave us a suite at no extra cost which was fabulous. The room was very spacious. It had a full kitchen and all the amenities which was nice for the price.

Pleasant staff, 24 hours Denny's next door. Lots of street parking. Close to CN Centre, gas stations and restaurants.

Front desk staff quickly fixed my error in booking the wrong date. Amazing staff and amazing rooms.

Free coffee in the entrance was excellent. Room is redecorated from last time we stayed....lovely, It did not catch fire like the place we stayed the following day in Hope

The guy who checked me in was so helpful and friendly, it was nice to be greeted by somebody so nice after such a long drive.
